Asper Studios engagements start at 6,500 dollars per month for Tier 1 Digital Presence, 10,500 dollars per month for Tier 2 Success Stories, and 15,000 dollars for a Tier 3 Brand Commercial project. Those are starting rates, not fixed prices. Final pricing is set by scope: the deliverable mix, how many production days, locations, and post production complexity. Annual is the standard rate, active retainer clients receive a dedicated retainer client rate on Brand Commercial projects, and every engagement is scoped on a discovery call before anything is signed.
Asper Studios is led by Luke Asper, who directs every shoot personally. Our team handles production, editing, and delivery, and we bring in the right crew and specialists for each project. One studio, one standard, from the first strategy call to the final cut.
Asper Studios delivers finished video in 5 business days for Tier 1 Digital Presence and 10 business days for Tier 2 Success Stories. Tier 3 Brand Commercial timelines are set per project, based on shoot and post production scope. Every delivery goes through a revision process before it is final.
Every final video Asper Studios delivers includes full commercial usage rights, so you can run it anywhere you market and sell. Finished files are yours to keep and use with no time limit and no per use fee. Raw footage is not part of the standard deliverable, but it can be added to any project.
Every Asper Studios video includes a defined revision process built into the engagement. If a round of changes surfaces a deeper issue, we talk through scope and adjust rather than ship work you cannot use. We do not consider a video finished until it does its job.
For regulated clients like RIA and wealth management firms, healthcare, and legal, Asper Studios builds a compliance pre filing workflow into onboarding. The workflow defines who reviews each cut, in what order, and on what timeline, so filing is predictable instead of a multi week bottleneck. We set this up before the first shoot, not after the first delay.
Small additions are covered by the on call shoot window built into every Tier 1 Digital Presence retainer. Larger requests are scoped as separate Tier 3 Brand Commercial projects, so the added work gets its own budget and timeline. Your monthly strategy call is the place to raise anything new.
Asper Studios is based in Fort Worth, Texas. The studio is at 13011 Harmon Road, Suite 1409, Fort Worth, TX 76177, in the Alliance area near Keller, and clients are welcome at the studio for productions and strategy sessions. We serve the entire Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, and travel within the DFW metro is included in every engagement. For shoots outside the metro, travel is billed at cost plus a flat daily travel rate, quoted before the shoot. We regularly produce work beyond DFW for clients who need us on location.
